Month to month changed to 24 month contract without consent

I have been with Cell C for years. In April 2022 when my contract came to an end I have decided to cancel my data 24 month contract. The consultant ask me to go on a month to month contract and I said ok. She said you can cancel at anytime. Now for months later I have decided not cancel the month to month contract because I am not using the data due to having fibre. Now Cell C sends a sms to say that they as a business have decided to put me on a 24 month contract. I have asked them to please send the recording where I have agreed to a 24 month contract. They just said you still have 19 months left of the 24 month contract. I need the recording as prove. I have not agreed to a 24 month contract. Please don't con people by **** this. If your consultant made and error you cannot push it into me.
