Month to month cancellation dispute

If I could I’d give them a 0 rating. I currently have a dispute regarding my cancellation of a contract. I had a month-to-month data only contract with Cell C. I called in 2 months ago to cancel the contract. I was told of a cancellation fee of over R15K. When I enquired about this, I was told that month-to-month contracts were cancelled as a business decision. Firstly, a contract is a binding agreement between two parties where there’s consent. I did not give any consent neither was there any communication regarding the changes in the T’s and Cs. That’s a breech of contract. Secondly, that’s a breech of TCF outcome 3 and 6.
