MONTH NUMBER 5 DISPUTES

Hi there, after numerous communications fir 4 months, my legal contract paid up to dates, except Cell C system penalties raised for trying to take money out of a de-activated bank account, 3 times a month in April and May loading penalties for unsufficient funds onto my billing account, and after I have changed debit order dates end February and EFT arrangements made 7th March.....guess what? The new 1st July subscriptions on the legal bound contract has been suspended due to me notvwant to pay their penalties showing my account in arrears. Wow!! I have even drawn up an Excel sheet to proof to them where they tried to take the money and it still does nit sink in. So? In this case ....its a new day in July, take note Cell C....no 10g for July...no EFT 6th of July. Am an open book. Bestest regards
