Month later no settlement Letter

I have sent Cell C countless e-mails from my email and on their site requests to send me a settlement letter to no avail. It has been a month now and I am yet to receive correspondence beyond a bot.

I have paid what is due, kindly give me what is due to me too. I keep getting that I've been handed over notification everytime they run my credit score analysis. Kindly update that too.
