Month amendment
I am supposed to upgrade in march, so sunday the 13th of December i go to a cell c store in kolonade. The lady advices me that if i pay this amount they will amend the months and i can upgrade now. Needless to say i have phoned the call centre multiple times and still nothing. Just they are busy with it. How long can it take to amend months? Very dissapointed in cell c and i have 2 contracts with them
