month after upgrade, still waiting for activation

I was contacted by Bernedein van Rooyen from Cell C to upgrade my contract on 10 Dec 2015 and was promised delivery on 11 Dec 2015. in fact the only reason i said yes to the upgrade is because they would have delivered the next day as i was leaving on holiday. big surprise, they didn't. they delivered the next week, but by then i was already out of town.<br> <br> coming back i picked up the phone and to my surprise the second sim card was not delivered. so now i have my phone, but no data sim, so now I am getting billed for data out of bundle where i should have had a sim with data on it. ever since I have tried to phone to get this sorted but the callcenters never answered and when they do they advise me that only Bernedein or her department can sort this out.....which leaves me with really big problem....there is NO number to reach these guys one and they cant transfer me. this leaves me with emailing the person, but they never respond.....so basically they were only interested in me saying yes for the contract and any and all after sale support is non existing. this really doesn not read well for the company's reputation
