Monies paid and no services received!!!

<p>I ordered a mobile router fr R99pm for 20GB (5 day and 15 night) it was out of stock but I was offered a MOBILE device for R249 10GB day and 10GB night which I agreed to I then received a non-mobile router.... I called the next at and the router was picked up within a few days without me using it. I cancelled that contract and then was offered the original R99 contract I wanted. My bank account was debited with R579 without me having any device or used any data. I then lodged several complaints which were "resolved" on Monday and I was promised delivery within 2 days an a credit of the debited amount... Today I received the router... NON-MOBILE similar to the one I sent back and as I am hard up and néed data for work I would have accepted, however there was no SIM card included for me to utilize the data. I then bought a sim card and did a sim swp and once I tried to use the data I realized I still do not hvae the data agreed upon.</p>
