Monies deducted, but still no phone recieved

I took a new contract with Cell C last week and dealt with Chantell employee number 1298 from Cell C in KZN ***) , I was told my new phone would be delivered. To date RAM Couriers only delivered a SIM CARD but no phone. When I try phoning them (distribution at Cell C) nobody answers, yesterday I was holding on for 45 minutes then simply gave up. The funny thing is these people never hesitated to debit my account today (20 Nov 2015), BUT still no phone received but they took my money. That in my book is theft and I intend taking it further with SAPS. Its funny when they want your business they will hound you, but when it comes to customer satisfaction, you cant get hold of these people. I intend cancelling my contract today. The other strange thing is, I have a Sim Card from them, but no number to that Sim Card. I don't know anymore. If this is how poephols (peoples) do business then I'm not interested.
