MONEY TAKEN, NO SERVICE OR PRODUCT PROVIDED.

I am so annoyed with Cell C, this is not the first time I have purchased a bundle from Cell C's stupid app and received nothing in return. They have taken money from my account and then tried to shift the blame onto my bank only for my bank to state that the problem, is on Cell C. I called their customer service department multiple times in the last two days. I have opened a case to get my money refunded to me, as I still have not received anything besides a call back at 09h00, and I was promised a call back later by the agent dealing with my case later that day only for me to callback and find out what is happening with my refund. All I want is my money back and I will be moving to another service provider as dealing with Cell C is always a mission.
