Money taken for policy but I cannot claim

<p>I have had a policy with C Surance which I have been paying since 2014. This is for my daughter's phone and the phone has been giving trouble for a month now - it doesnt switch on. I have tried in vain to contact them to claim, their telephone number is not answered after nnumerous attempts. Have sent faxes to which I have not had any reply. When I email them my emails get deleted without being read. They seem to be just a buch of rogues, taking money without providing a service!</p>
