Money paid and i am still waiting

on the 26/04/15 i was told that i will receive my phone in the next 8 working days and a Cell c consultant will call me to come collect my phone and after 10 days of not receiving a call i went to cell c and they told me they know nothing about my phone, I called C Surance and they said the phone was signed by Louis, I called the store to speak to Louis and arrange collection of the phone and the store told me that there is no Louis, I called C Surance back, they placed me on hold for 30 minutes while the called the store and the Agent confirmed that there is no Loius and his team leader Buhle will track the phone with Ram and give feedback in 2 days, i didnt get feedback in 2 days, i called and Nancy said the phone was not tracked and she will get Buhle to track it, on the 13, 14 and 15 i called they dont have information regarding the phone, Buhle was not in and i was placed on hold for more than 30 minutes when i insisted to speak to any other team leader. the worst service, they picks calls and keep quite or place me on hold, Simphiwe and Nancy they give better service that is the reason i still remember their name. C Surance is the worst and they dont deserve customers
