Money not refunded

Still waiting for a refund from 6 Dec 2021. Cell C is the worst nightmare to deal with and one finds it truly incomprehensible that such incompetency is the norm at this company! We have heard excuse after pathetic excuse…..no proof of payment received, matter is being escalated, new case opened, matter gone to finance, blah blah blah! In the mean while the R11500 is sitting in the account and blatantly reflected as a credit on our statement! Can one company have such a huge range of *********** misfits under one roof? In the interim they conveniently keep the money they are not entitled to! I would not recommend cell c to anyone. The lack of business ethics this company displays is despicable! ******* , ******* , *******! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
