money missing from acc

hello peter, ive been having a problem with Cell C i had a contract with them regarding a phone i bought. the phone has been fully paid up and they yold me they have closed the acc. but each and every month they have access to my bank acc and deduct money when i call thrm they tell me its for the penalty. and i ket it go because they said they will definitely ckose the acc for good. again this month they have deductes money into my acc twice. when i call thrm they tell me its for penalties and i said to that account has been closed why are you still taking my money as im a pensioner now thr consultant by the name of # Mbali is the one who failed to have aswers and kept quiet when i asked her the questions regarding my money missing from my acc. i also askew her for surname she refused and gave me these numbers *** id like to think thats her ref number.
