Money lost

Good day.. I would like to warn people to beware of this company called Whatsmob. I have a cell C router that I have taken on contract. Every month since February 2018 I was being charge about R100 extra totalling up till now around R1200 - R1300. They responded saying me that I subscribed to their services in February which I did not as the sim card from my router was never put into a phone or laptop! They said they sent me numerous messages to unsubscribe but how would I have gotten those messages as my Sim stayed in the router. On calling Cell C many times also to cancel this money *****ing service I was told my stories. I feel like cell C was also part of this.. I eventually gave up and carried on paying this because no one could help me. Until this year February I had a problem with Cell C yet again and finally one consultant out of the many I had contacted helped me find this company and managed to get them to unsubscribe me. I still feel so ****** of my hard earned money. Be careful of this company called Whatsmob. Cell C does not protect us if they when I called last already they would have sorted this out.
