MONEY HUNGRY NETWORK WITH POOR SERVICE!!!
Cell C deserve less than one star. on the 25th of January 2023 they debited R1054.8 from my account and a further R257.4 on the 3rd of February 2023. Today I receive an SMS stating that I owe them R954.8. Mind you, my monthly contract is only R257.4 per month. When I contact them about the amount that I supposedly owe, they state that i had not made any payments too them since November last year. I have sent many bank statements too them indicating that the payments have been made. i have two case numbers with them and now they tell me that these cases are not on their system. I have proof of everything and i want to take this up with the Ombudsman because im paying more than i should.
