Money deducted yet no services offered
So I renewed my Cell C contract 3 months ago. Since then I can't check ma balance, I can't call the call centre and I don't even have a data connection. They are busy deducting their monies though. Isn't this *****?

05 May 2020, 11:24Well ma complaint got resolved, eventually.
It was resolved after:
I still need to know who was using my SIM card as I was told that it was being used even though the one I had was not working.
It was resolved after:
- I got a call from the social media team that transferred me to the technical department.
- I was advised to get a new sim card by the technical department.
- Went to the mall and discovered that the Cell C store is open at Savannah Mall (Polokwane). Waited 2 hours to be served. Only to be told that they are out of SIM cards. A whole Cell C store was out of SIM cards. It did not occur to them to go to Mall of the North (Cell C store 3.5 km away) to get SIM cards. I was advised to bring my own. Took me 30 minutes to queue at PeP and buy a SIM card. Then queued another 30 minutes at Cell C. Only to be told to return the next day.
- Left for the Mall of the North Cell C. Got assisted in 15 minutes. My SIM card started working more than 3 hours later.
I still need to know who was using my SIM card as I was told that it was being used even though the one I had was not working.
