Money debited on a closed contract
I had 2 contracts with cell c which i settled last month, i paid +- R9500 to pay off both contracts and they told me that this month nothing will be debited. The contract was for a Note $ and a wifi router and i paid R600 and something for both. Today Cell C just debited my account with R8793.24. For what? This kind of service is unacceptable and that one of the reason i cancelled my contracts and i was thinking of porting to Vodacom or MTN i cant take this anymore. Now my account is overdrawn because of cell C.
