Money debited but accounts not updated!

At this point, I am beyond annoyed with Cell C! And this seems to be the only way to get assistance. Last month, my bank account was debited twice on 2 consecutive days and none of those amounts were allocated to my 2lines. And just by the way, none of my accounts were in arrears.

I received an email from a Danielle Paul from Billing saying the amounts were allicated. Now, I'm receiving statements that show that the double debits were never allocated to my accounts. So, WHERE DID MY MONEY GO??! since it was never reversed back into my bank account?!

I tried to explain this to a RUDE Cynthia from Collections, who even hung up on me.

Will I ever get assistance from Cell C or should I rather take this matter to my lawyers? Because right now, my patience has thinned!!!
