MONEY BEING DEDUCTED *******LY FROM PREPAID PHONE

I purchased a Samsung Trend Neo and Cell C did a sim swop to retain my number of 11 years. In the first 24rs I had R100-00 taken from the account without making a single call or using any apps. I had also purchased a separate R5-00 Whatsapp bundle - I only use my phone for Whatsapp, and receiving calls and photos via Whatsapp. Make the very occasional call which I know will come off my airtime but did not even do this. I was in the Hillcrest, Checkers Centre branch and they call up on the PC and literally saw data being used and money taken even though they had \disabled "all the apps I don't use. They reported to Customer services on 08/12/2015 REF: *** and since then not a word from the Manager Robin"
