Mobile phone send for repairs

I handed in a Lg L70 mobile phone at Tygervalley centre on 7 Jan 2015 to be repaired, and was told it would be back in 21 working days. This phone is about 4 months old, and under contract.<br> 21 days have passed, and I was told by a operator at the shop that it will be back next week. This is probably their standard excuse. What on earth can take 21 working days to repair, and in this case even longer?<br> An e-mail to cell c's contact address was also unanswered.<br> My experience with cell c is that if I don't complain now it could take forever to get my phone back.<br> David
