MIXED UP NUMBERS
<p>The upgrade for my sons's phone was mixed up with my phone by a Cell C consultant named Rhowan at the PE Walmer Park branch. Now I am unable to make my phone prepaid or upgrade it. After 3 weeks of numerous visits, emails and telephone calls and the problem remains unresolved. </p>
