Misunderstanding
When own a S4 Samsung phone that I got on a contract with Cell C. When I got the phone i was told that I would pay R379.00 on a monthly bases for months and there will be no changes to it. To my surprise that an sms was sent to me that the prices will go up but I never found anything. On the 1st of May an amount of R384.00 was deducted. I feel its an misinterpretation to us as customer as I choose the plan knowing my finances and budget for it. Some of us do not get increases so I would have been nice to be told befor taking the contract that the monthly fee will change after a year. I suggest you be open with your customers when applying for contract <br> <br> I am truly unhappy about this we have responsibilities and bills that also need to be paid not only CellC contracts.

Please note that in terms of your Subscriber Agreement, Cell C has the option of changing any of the Charges from time to time, by means of publishing an amended Tariff Plan and by informing you in writing.
These Charges include applicable connection fee, Subscription Fee, Usage Charges, SIM Card Fee, Goods Fee and any other Charge relating to the provision of Cell C's Services to the customer in terms of the Agreement.
