Mistake on their website for price of phone, and I lose out

<p>Cell C had the incorrect price on their website for a new phone at the cash price. I bought two. Money went off my credit card etc. Now I get told that it was an error on their part, and I will get refunded. </p> <p>However, where in their terms and conditions does it cover that I have to accept a refund and not insist on getting the goods delivered at the price i paid for it? I have screenshots of the phone at the price that they offered, screenshots of mycart and email confirmation of my purchase. I have requested for these terms and conditions, and had no response. Pretty sure I have a case in terms of NCA and CPA. </p>
