MISSOLD HANDSET AND BAD SERVICE

Very unhappy with regaurds to the fact that on the 28/04/2015 i have been sold a handset where i was told the front camera is a lovely 5mp camera but when i got home the front camera looked like my old phones camera, defeating the purpose of me taking out a contract as i was looking for a phone with a good camera. when i went back to store during my lunch hour my time was wasted by the consultantants making fun of the fact that i am going on about a camera. further more my number i requested to prt wasnt done and the agent put a new number which i didnt sign for on my account to activate my account because he wasnt supposed to give me the handset until the port went through covering up what his done. Because of this the manager in store said he can t promise to cancel and it will take 3 months if it does and pymnts need to go through which ifind pathetic as it was not my fault but im being held liable for this and the contract i signed was for another number. i feel that this contract isnt even valid and i would be doing them a favor if i even hand over the handset.
