Mission Impossible to do SIM Swap

I called Cell C on Wednesday to do a SIM swap. The consultant took all my details & said SIM swap division will call me within 2 to 4 hours. Nothing happened and i decided to follow up on Thursday. I was told they called me & my phone was on voicemail. i asked which number they called me at, only to discover they have a wrong number. I provided the correct number & was told the same story. i made 6 follow up calls to cell c & until this day i havent been assisted. I guess you have more than enough customers and you can surely do without me. I just regret that i have taken a new contract with you last week & will have to suffer for the next 24 months.
