Missing the plot

<p>I Have been with Cell C for about 5 years or so and they have had a GOOD business practice until now, when you have bought or recieved MB from cell you would get an sms notyfying you that your bundles are about to be depleted or expired and that you would be charged the out of bundle rate.</p> <p> </p> <p>of lately - Cell C does not take out that sms and next thing you know it they charging you 0.99c per bundle which is expensive.</p> <p> </p> <p>My issue is why did you teach us a process only to go back on it and charge people more while you can just warn them like you have before and they can purchase data on a more reasonable price.</p> <p> </p> <p>i am very upset with this as i have been spending way more than usual on airtime until i firgured where my airtime was vanishing to.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please fix this issue or loose me as a client as i will port and keep the very same number</p>
