Missing payments again and account not fixed

I complained a month back on payments that went missing and Cell C contacted and said they fixed the problem. The problem wasn’t fix and now they send a message saying that they register me at XDS. How is the acceptable! Can i get a full statement of my account that i can see which payment is gone and please send my statements on time like the first of every a month.
