Missing Data whos problem????

Cell - C has partnered up with IS (internet Solutions) to supply Data bundle other to Resellers like Bronberg in Pta. I took a new 50Gb data bundle option from Bronberg middle of April. First they got my delivery address wrong as somewhere in the cape or someything. May I had to get more data because mine was done half way in the month but from another provider. End of the month 20GB was loaded on my account , not by me and no one can tell me by who at a cost of 250 rand. In June again I used data from a second provider on other contracts I had because my data stopped working and had to get a new Sim card which took more than 2 weeks to get sorted and delivered to me, I had to top up 3 times and took 5Gb from Bromberg last week in June to carry on working. July starts in the Sunday, I used about 5Gb of Data but 5,9 goes off my account.The Monday I worked and loaded stuff to down load after 12 when I as in bed, when I checked the next morning I downloaded just over 6Gb of stuff, looking at my account for Monday it is on 30,2GB and for Tuesday it was 14.5 when I know for a fact Tuesday morning I only downloaded 6GB as it was after 12 Tuesday night. Wednesday and Thursday I only opened my usage page and my inbox, I end 1 email and recieved 4 Wednesday ad 1 on Thursday , data usage for Wednesday wa s2,3Gb and for Thursday it was 3,0Gb. This morning the the Friday , I even left my PC off till they phoned me , when going on the net to look at my usage it was standing on 788MB at 10 am after my PC was off the whole morning , from 10 till 2 it wend up to 1,1gb with no new mail or anything.

When I asked Bromberg to ask IS what is happening they got told that IS cant see what sites I go to so sorry. I then asked to to log a call with CELL C because , sorry something is not right?

They came back to me this morning just to say that again it cant be confirmed where I am downloading from so They can help me sorry, so I asked , so it is ok if my account bleeds 3 - 8Gb a day on nothing that I am using it for because **** happens and that is just to bad.

I am not fighting with Bromberg I just can not go on paying for something I am not seeing how

Zzbennieit can be drained and no one seems to worry about my account or money just disappearing???

Please can somebody find out where my data is goings.
