Missing data and misrepresentation on package deals.

On the 16th March instead of renewing my contract I changed to connector 1 which would begin 14th April. The lady at the Rosebank store was very helpful and explained that the package will have 1000 minutes of talk time and SMS’s and 3Gb of data. The cost R499. A few hours later my data stopped working. I checked my balance and there was 748Mb. I was at home all weekend so was on WiFi and had no need for mobile data. On Monday was still unable to connect. I phoned your customer care and was told after speaking to three consultants that they couldn’t help as the contract was changed in a store. I phone the store but the lady who helped me was off. The other lady couldn’t help me. I phoned customer care again as was told that there was nothing they could do to help but it seems she cancelled my existing contract. I asked how come I can still make calls? That was unexplained. Tuesday I go to the store, I explain what has happened and that it seems my contract was cancelled. Apparently not she says. No explanation to where 748Mb of data has gone but she will escalate it. I have had zero correspondence regarding that. On the 13th April I receive this sms. You have been successfully activated on Connector 1.You get 600.00 Any-net minutes,600 SMS's and 1.80 GB data. T&C's apply. Somehow the minutes, SMS’s and data amount have changed.
