MISSING BATTERY FROM REPAIRS

I took my S4 in for repairs on the 01 Dec 2014.I was advised it cud take 3weeks. As expected it took longer & I still wasn't contacted by January & when I went to check up on the progress twice in store I was told it hadn't arrived yet. When I checked up on it again the phone had just arrived on the 04th January & an sms was sent out to a wrong number. When the phone arrived it only had the cover and no battery but it was booked in with both. The consultants told me it must be the repairs Centre fault and they would contact them and get back to me with feedback during the course of the week. I took my phone back without the battery hoping that this would be resolved soon enough. It's now been a whole month of no feedback from Cell C just to get my battery back! I constantly phone the store everyday and ask them what's going on and they tell me they are still waiting for repairs to answer and that they will call me back and they NEVER respond!
