Missing Battery

I took my phone for repairs on the 01st April , and it came back from repairs missing battery , I called the call center and they referred me to Repairs department and they said that its not their fault I should go to the store since it came to them without a battery , now the store is always telling me that they'll order the battery for me wevery time I call them , its been over a month now without my phone and to my surprise you still deduct money for my contract ,,,,, <br> Can somebody please help , this is ridiculous . Is as if nobody knows what happened to my battery ,So disappointed with the service I got .
