Missing airtime still not refunded

On the 13 Oct i recharged with an amount of R70 @ 5:13 and I got a confirmation SMS that is was successful. A minute later when I checked my balance the airtime had disappeared. I called cell c the agent confirmed that the airtime is missing , they opened a case ***.. <br> <br> To date I haven't received a response from cell c , when I call in I always get a different story from your agents. Sort this out and refund my airtime
