misselling

I recently upgraded my cell c contract and was sold a phone that supposedly has fast Internet, long battery life and awesome android software. ..however, to my dismay the phone is exactly the opposite of what I was sold and I was very unhappy...I calked cell c to return the phone within the first 7 calender days..I was told they will repair the phone but I wanted a replacement phone or a different phone altogether as the phone was not to my liking. ..the phone was not repaired and I had to call customer services to find out that the lock pattern was srill on as no one calked my to let me know about the lock pattern. ...I am very discussed with the poor service and woyld like this to attended asap and DO NOT WANT THE SAME PHONE BACK
