Miss selling

Cell C is the worst service provider. I app**** for contract phone and a smart watch in July and my application was approved.

My debit date was for the 20th of every month, the first debit had to be 20 August 2023 but I was debited 19th August 2023 and looking at the 2 years I'll be debited 4 times on the 19.

My credit record is being effected by Cell C for miss selling the contract to me, as there systems does not debit Sundays so now I have to be impacted for a system that is out of my control.

I am aggreved by this situation iam in. I don't know why my credit record must be effective for Cell C systems, this is not fair.
