Miss information from Cell C

Last week I got a call from Cell C that I can get an upgrade. I agreed to the upgrade as I have to contracts with them. Just called them now to find out when the devices will be delivered. Then they informed me that only one of my contracts was due for an upgrade and I must call them back next month to upgrade the other device.

The consultant that assisted me with the upgrade made me believe that both the contracts can be upgraded. VERY UNPROFFECTIONAL from Cell C I bet they get commission on sales.

The guy I spoke to now just informed me that the consultant that called me on Friday wasn't even suppose to do outgoing calls or do upgrades?

I think its bad service, going to cancel both my contacts from them.
