Misrepresentation on upgrade

<p>I was called by Cell C callcentre to offer me an upgrade, I spoke to, Paballo Mashake on 29/08.I told the agent I do not want to upgrade, he proceeded to give me options. Since I was on 20GB data package he stated I can remain on that package and receive a Samsung J5, I told him I did not want that phone as it was a older model, agent went on selling the fact that I am getting a bargain because I would remain on 20GB package including the phone. I accepted and received the phone the next day. on the 1st when the data loaded lo and behold I only receibed 10GB. I escalated this to Cell C, telephonically only to be told by the agent I spoke to that she cannot help me since she does not know what my discussion was with the agent who did the upgrade, she would ask him to call me back, he called back and said he would get back to me by 10am, which never happened. I proceeded to send an email to ********** Incident no: 160 ********** 72, the automated response stated that I will get a response in 24-48hrs, it never happened!!!! I then escalaed the matter on the 02/08 again, same automated response, an agent then called me stating they would get back to me. This morning 05/08 I called to follow up on my query and was told again that the agent I spoke to will call me back, I have not heard anything. I want to cancel the whole contract as I refuse to accept this unsatisfactory service from CellC after being their loyal customer for over 12years.</p>
