Misrepresentation
Hi<br> <br> I upgraded a contract when your sales team called me last week. I was promised a wifi router and when the package was delivered I only received a ****le. I have been mislead and would like you to listen to the call when I was sold this upgraded. THIS IS NOT WHAT I AGGREED TO!
