I was phoned by a consultant from cell c last year who told me about a data product. I was happy with the product since I had a laptop at that time.I lost my laptop before I got their sim card. The constultant told me that billing will commence once I activate the sim card. So I did not worry as my sim card was not activated I assumed I would activate it later. Today I came home and found a bill. When I phoned cell c I was told I have been billed since last year meanwhile I have not activated the sim card

I have since been waiting to be contacted as told. No one has communicated with me and worst part is I have received an email asking me to go to cell c Musgrave and tell them to dispatch the phone back to repairs, with what petrol.
How many times do I have to go to cell c Musgrave in order for my phone to be repaired.
Since January I am paying for a contract for a phone that is not in my possession. This is unacceptable
I have since been waiting to be contacted as told. No one has communicated with me and worst part is I have received an email asking me to go to cell c Musgrave and tell them to dispatch the phone back to repairs, with what petrol.
