Misled, disgruntled, disappointed long standing customer

<p>On 22 July 2016 I went to cell c tygervalley (corporate branch) to upgrade my existing contract (6 years old). At the time they had a promotion for either a wifi router or a 20GB data bundle. I signed a document in store and they took some photos. I was advised that the data would be loaded to the number I chose. I waited a month and didn't receive anything, after numerous phone calls I was told to go back to the shop, I sacrificed my lunch hour almost everyday just to be told that the manager is not available. Eventually I was told to bring in the paper I signed. It's now close to 4 months later and I still haven't yet spoken to the store manager because he is either busy, off sick, has already left the shop or busy with an interview. At the end of October I was told that they just need the managers ID and signature in order to provide me with the voucher. Today 8 November 2016 the consultant I am dealing with sent me a message via WhatsApp advising they did NOT have any promotion on the day I was in store to upgrade. Attached the document signed in store stating that I have qualified for the 20GB data bundle. Apparently the manager of this specific branch does not have a 2nd in charge for me to speak to. I am highly dissapointed at the service received and would not advise any of my friends or family to go to cell c. Cell C for your inconvenience</p>
