Misled by *********** consultants

About two months ago I received a phone call from cell c selling me one of their product . Lady who phoned me sold me a deal I could not refuse. I raised a query and was told it would be resolved. About a month ago I was contacted by Palesa Nhlapo who told me that my contract would be cancelled with immediate effect and that I would get my refund back.
