Misleasing special promo's
Be very very careful when Cell C calls with, with a so called special promo!! There is always something hidden. Actually u benefits gets less, not more as they claim, at a much higher cost!!!

NO T hey don't. !!!! My sms were not even working after that!!!!where I paid R50 prev. Now over R200, Where the dta special is under R100. And I have limited access on calls and sms!!!!!!???????
