MISLEADING TOUR CLIENTS
<p>How dare you advertise that your WHATSAPP bundle is valid for 30 days when you guys and me know it's not true! You are misleading your clients. The month is not even over and I already bought 2 WHATSAPP bundles which suppose to last me 30 days! <br />Why are you advertising garbage? Just to make people move over to cellc? <br />I am very disappointed with this situation. Don't get me wrong 12 is nothing ! But when you do something don't lie about it! That's the 1st things that will break trust with your client s.</p>
The WhatsApp bundle is valid for 30 days and comes with a fair usage limit of 1.2GB.
The WhatsApp bundle is depleted when the fair usage limit has been reached, free data shall be depleted first, then inclusive data, data bundle and thereafter the customer will be billed for usage according to the customer's tariff plan.
