MISLEADING THE PUBLIC

I bought a Trace Mobile sim card from promoters in Brackenfell on Tuesday. I was told that they will Rica the sim themselves and it will be done by the next morning. All my details were given. I called the customer care line today and was told they should have rica'd it there. That is not what I was told. This is bad service and misleading the public. The sim is still not rica'd.
