MISLEADING SALES STAFF

Very disappointed with Cell C Pavilion.<br> <br> Went in there on Saturday and one of the sales reps approached me with the LG G3 BEAT. Awesome looking phone!<br> <br> I told him that I am currently using the Samsung S3 and I'm looking for a phone with the same camera functions as the S3. He SOLD me the LG G3 BEAT straight away and told me that the pics on the phone are just as good.<br> <br> Signed up and picked the phone up the next morning.<br> <br> Went home to take photos of my 5 month old baby and the camera is ridiculous! Only 2 camera settings, NO scene mode settings (party, indoor, night etc). The camera is the main thing I use on my phone (especially to take pics of my baby) ..i would have NEVER signed a 24 month contract if he had showed me how **** the camera quality really is and that there aren't different settings!<br> <br> Called Cell C now and they tell me that I cannot return the phone!!! <br> <br> my main focus was on the camera and i made this VERY clear to the sales rep. i took what he said in good faith and was very excited to get my phone the next day. <br> <br> i cannot describe how upset i am that i now have this phone for the next 2 years!
