Misleading Sales Agent

<p>Never ever in my life will I purchase something over the phone and will I do business with Cell C.</p> <p>Ryan from Cell C sells a WiFi Reuter to me on the 20th March 2017 best deal he says 20gigs day and 20 gigs night worth of data.</p> <p> </p> <p>All to find out it's a 5 gig plan with promotional of 10 gigs night 10 gigs day. Called to cancel was given a cancellation number and I explained why I'm cancelling because I was mis-sold a product does cell c care no. </p> <p> </p> <p>I was **** to that the contract has been cancelled and it's now a contract all to find out it has not been. I was told escalation has been created for wrong package that I recieved. </p> <p> </p> <p>I did not get a wrong package Ryan **** to me get a sale and im still waiting for him to call me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Cause i told Ryan to go listen to his call till today I'm still waiting for feedback.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm not happy with Cell C and how they've treated my issue. I want this contract cancelled asap</p>
