Misleading Sale false information

I had a cell c data contact from last year, then got a call from cell c a week ago to take out a different deal. I explained to the guy that I have a contact already, and will not take anything new out if I am penalised from the existing one. He tells me, no im still with cell c on a better deal and i just phone 135 to cancel the other one with no negative comeback. I phoned to cancel last week and get told this s**** about I need to pay out the old contact etc. These are specifically the questions I asked the advisor. Can someone pull that call, listen to it and contact me to resolve this matter, since I can never speak to a manager because they are apparently always in meetings. This is very shoddy business and a misleading sale! If this is how your sales advisors make money, it's very wrong! Kindly resolve this matter urgently.
