Misleading prepaid customers - no transparency

Referring to my previous review titled [Beware of data sharing affecting your data bundle extensions], Cell C is still refusing to uphold their terms and allow my data balances to be extended. I still have to lose the data that I paid for, even if I purchase new bundles to extend my balances.

After they confirmed that my complaint is valid and correct, they later changed their response to say that their terms and conditions are outdated, and that purchasing new data bundles do not extend existing data balances.

Their response contradicts their advertising, ICASA requirements, as well as the terms and conditions that are publicly available. Furthermore, I have not seen any evidence of the "correct" terms and conditions that they refer to, nor have they been able to properly refute my claim.
