Misleading me to end the call.

I took out a new contract with Cell C. Two weeks later I call them up, ask for a copy of my proof of purchase. Got transfered from the retentions department, to the Sales fulfillment department, to the contract department, finally to Sales. The lady at sales still can't help me, she speaks to her team lead who promises me he will send me a copy. Nothing comes. Apparently, the ref number for the call was *** and the team leads name was Victor. The consultant was honest, the team lead was the apparent dishonest one.

I call again, this time a different number that goes to customer care. That lady can send me my invoice, but no proof of payment. Same story, the manager comes to the phone, promises me she will send me a copy, and bam... nothing. Again, consultant was honest, the team lead was the apparent dishonest one. The team leads name was apparently Pila Ntembu. Cell C does not dms you a ref number for the call, so you can't definitely call them and refer to it. Who knows if the above ref number is correct. It was given from the consultant.

I knew I shouldn't have taken out with Cell C.
