Misleading just to get you into their stores

I am a loyal cell C customer with 4 cell C contract lines.<br> I am due for an upgrade on one of my lines at the end of the month, This morning I receive an SMS telling me that, because I'm a loyal customer I qualify for an early upgrade which will cost me R209 per month for 24 month, and I should go to a cell C store to take up the offer. I was happy and went to a cell C store ready to take the offer. While I was getting assisted, the lady tells me that I will be paying R369 per month, I was surprised because I still had the SMS and it said R209, I confirmed that the SMS is coming from a legit cell C number. I was told that I will have to pay R369. I decided to leave because they insisted that I have to pay R369 when I have proof that I'm supposed to be paying R209.<br> <br> Is this your new norm to lure customers into your stores by promising them low prices and then hiking up the prices when they arrive at the store. I don't understand how the price went up for me when the SMS was sent today and it said \Valid until 09/08/15"<br> <br> Please sort this out "
