Misleading information about time frame
I app**** for a contract on the 05th of August 2021. Everything was approved and i received an sms stating that it is approved. Yesterday i received the same sms and followed up today the 12th of August, Only to find out that it was approved yesterday and i need to wait another 7 business days for my device. I need to use my airtime to follow up as i am currently using vodacom.

13 Aug 2021, 09:41What a ridiculous response. The same response that i received from your call center. They said the entire process including the delivery of the device takes 3 to 7 business days and guess what i need to wait another 7 business days for the device. For a new customer this is ridiculous service and response.
